  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting room usage
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform basic data entry, file organization, and record‑keeping tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to agents and brokers, including preparing correspondence and processing forms
  • Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc duties as needed
