About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll develop and close residential roofing sales in your territory. You'll work directly with homeowners and decision-makers to identify needs, present solutions, and move prospects through the sales process. This position combines field sales expertise with strong customer relationship skills to achieve consistent revenue targets.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify residential roofing opportunities within your territory
• Conduct on-site consultations and assessments with potential customers
• Present customized roofing solutions that meet customer needs and budgets
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Build ongoing relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Track sales metrics and maintain detailed customer records

Compensation and Employment
