• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Erie Home project coordinators throughout each job
• Complete assignments on schedule to sustain a high-volume workflow
• Document completed work accurately and escalate any supplemental scope to the project team

What We're Looking For

• An established roofing subcontractor with a skilled, dependable crew
• Demonstrated experience installing asphalt shingle systems on residential properties
• Solid knowledge of roofing materials, local building codes, and safe job-site practices
• Ability to maintain consistent quality across a steady volume of projects
• Valid general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your crew

• Availability for year-round roofing work in Neenah and throughout Winnebago County
