About the Role
As an Equipment Operator, you'll operate and maintain heavy equipment essential to our roads, pads, and infrastructure projects. Your work directly contributes to the safe and efficient movement of people and materials across the Prudhoe Bay facility.
What You'll Do
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, graders, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-operation inspections on equipment
- Maintain roads, pads, and access routes to operational standards
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate work schedules and priorities
- Document equipment usage and maintenance records
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in industrial or construction settings
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and maintenance best practices
- Ability to work in remote, Arctic environments with variable weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
