As a Teacher with Success Academy, you'll design and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that prepares students for academic success and beyond. You'll work within a collaborative school community committed to high achievement, building meaningful relationships with students and families while contributing to our mission of expanding educational opportunity across the Bronx and Manhattan.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute daily lessons that meet diverse student learning needs and align with established curricular standards
• Foster a classroom culture that supports academic growth, critical thinking, and personal responsibility
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to maximize learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen school-wide practices and professional development
• Communicate consistently with families about student progress and development
• Contribute to school community initiatives and support student experiences beyond the classroom
