Position Summary
The Nurture Health Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-centred Enrolled Nurse to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse in delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient progress, and enabling patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.
What You'll Do
- Support the Registered Nurse in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Nursing Manager
- Enable patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation process through effective communication and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
- A registered Enrolled Nurse in good standing with the relevant health authority
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patient-centred approach and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
- Experience in rehabilitation or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
