The Opportunity

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Experimentation team in building and operating core product features. This role involves leading a team of engineers from setup to results processing, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture. You'll work closely with Product Management and Design teams to scope, estimate, and sequence roadmap items while ensuring timely feature delivery. The opportunity is at the intersection of large-scale systems, data science, and user experience, creating a best-in-class experimentation product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.

• Partner with Product Management and Design to scope, estimate, and sequence roadmap items, making real-time scope tradeoffs.

• Own the team's delivery of features, ensuring completion within timelines and quality requirements.

• Collaborate with adjacent teams on shared infrastructure decisions and cross-team dependencies.

• Communicate roadmaps and risks to stakeholders.
