About the Role
As an Endorsements Sponsorship Scout, you'll play a key role in discovering and vetting sponsorship opportunities within the influencer and athlete ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of data-driven insights and relationship building, helping brands connect with the right personalities and athletes for authentic partnership success.
What You'll Do
- Identify emerging athletes, influencers, and content creators who align with brand partnership objectives
- Research and evaluate sponsorship opportunities across multiple sports and entertainment verticals
- Analyze audience metrics, engagement rates, and audience demographics to assess partnership fit
- Build and maintain relationships with athletes, influencers, management teams, and brand stakeholders
- Provide actionable recommendations and market insights to support sponsorship strategy
- Track industry trends and competitive sponsorship landscape developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute partnership opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in sports sponsorship, talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the athlete and influencer landscape, social media platforms, and sponsorship trends
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Natural relationship-building abilities and strong communication skills
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and brand partnerships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders
