About the Role
As a full-time Dishwasher, you'll work either morning or evening shifts in a high-volume food service environment. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining seamless operations across our award-winning restaurants and in-room dining services.
What You'll Do
- Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and flatware according to health and safety standards
- Process cookware, pots, and pans from kitchen and restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including loading and monitoring dishwashing equipment
- Sort and store clean items in designated locations for kitchen staff access
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring rapid turnaround of clean serviceware
- Follow proper sanitation protocols and contribute to food safety compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff during service periods
What We're Looking For
- Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a kitchen team
- Prior dishwashing or food service experience is a plus
