Encore Global is hiring a full-time Employee Relations Specialist in Chandler to partner with our workforce, managers, and HR leadership on workplace matters that matter. In this role, you'll ensure every employee receives fair, consistent support grounded in company policy and legal compliance.

About the Role

The Employee Relations Specialist serves as a bridge between employees and management, addressing and resolving workplace concerns with impartiality and professionalism. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you'll apply strong judgment and knowledge of employment law to foster an equitable, productive workplace culture. This is a full-time position based in our Chandler office.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and performance concerns with confidentiality and fairness
  • Advise managers and employees on company policies, employment law, and best practices for difficult situations
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and implement solutions that align with organizational values
  • Document employee relations matters accurately and maintain confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Coach managers on employee engagement, feedback, and constructive management techniques
  • Support termination processes, separations, and exit procedures
  • Identify trends in workplace issues and recommend preventive HR strategies
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across all employee levels and departments

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of employee relations, HR, or workplace conflict resolution experience
  • Deep understanding of employment law, workplace compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain neutral and impartial
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and judgment in sensitive situations
  • Comfort with difficult conversations and ability to manage emotions under pressure
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR documentation preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
