About the Role

As an Employee Relations Manager at Best Buy, you'll serve as the primary resource for employment relations support across the enterprise. You'll partner with HR professionals, business leaders, and Legal counsel to investigate workplace concerns, develop sound resolutions, and strengthen our organizational culture. Your expertise and recommendations will directly influence how Best Buy handles employee relations challenges and builds a workplace where people want to work.

What You'll Do

• Lead thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, complaints, and workplace disputes
• Advise business leaders and HR partners on employment relations strategy and workplace best practices
• Evaluate sensitive situations and deliver clear, well-reasoned recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Legal and senior HR to ensure compliance with employment law and organizational policy
• Document investigation findings with precision and communicate outcomes professionally
• Help shape and implement workplace policies that protect both employees and the organization
