Commercial and Property Lawyer (3 yrs-Senior Associate)

Role Overview

This Commercial and Property Lawyer (3 yrs-Senior Associate) role based in The Rocks, Sydney places you inside a contemporary multi-disciplinary practice where commercial and property work forms a core part of the caseload. Designed for lawyers with three years of post-qualification experience who are ready to advance toward senior associate duties, it combines regular client contact, technical depth and guidance from seasoned practitioners in a collegial atmosphere that respects work–life balance.

What You'll Do

• Advise on commercial contracts and property transactions across sales, purchases and leasing
• Draft, review and negotiate a full range of property and commercial agreements
• Complete due-diligence investigations and risk assessments for property and commercial deals
• Project-manage matters from instruction through to settlement or completion
• Coordinate with other practice groups on multi-faceted issues and assist in developing more junior colleagues

What You Bring

• At least three years of commercial and property law experience, positioned for senior-associate progression
• Current Australian practising certificate, ideally New South Wales admission
• Proven skill in preparing precise contractual and property-related documentation
• Strong analytical judgement and clear client-facing communication
• An ability to contribute productively within a collaborative multi-practice team
