About the Role

What You'll Do

• Build and launch targeted email campaigns, managing segmentation and personalization
• Track campaign metrics and provide reporting that guides optimization decisions
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams on messaging and timing
• Design email workflows and sequences that nurture leads through the customer lifecycle
• Conduct testing protocols to validate subject lines, content, and send strategies
• Maintain compliance with email regulations and industry best practices
