As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic at JP Euro in Elsmere, you'll handle advanced diagnostics, repairs, and service on BMW and other premium European vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on BMW and European vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and performance services to manufacturer standards
- Use dealer-level diagnostic equipment to pinpoint faults accurately and efficiently
- Document repairs clearly and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Stay current with evolving BMW technologies, recalls, and repair procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BMW Master Technician or comparable European auto specialist
- Strong command of modern diagnostic tools and repair methods
- BMW Master certification and/or relevant ASE credentials strongly preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot demanding problems independently and accurately
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
