About This Position
G8 Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to join our team in Somersby and the surrounding areas. We are committed to nurturing the greatness in every child, including you. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where educators can excel and further develop their Early Childhood career.
Core Duties
- To create and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- To foster a positive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years
- To collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency in teaching practices
- To maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
- A current Working With Children Check
- Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
