What You'll Do

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that engage young learners
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive atmosphere where children feel respected and encouraged to explore and grow
• Build strong communication with families through regular updates and collaborative partnerships
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff in classroom operations and best practices
• Observe children's progress, document developmental milestones, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Maintain a clean, organized learning environment that meets health, safety, and licensing standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early education setting
• Genuine passion for child development and creating positive learning experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to remain patient, creative, and energetic in a dynamic classroom environment
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards, confidentiality, and adherence to regulations
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
