Role Overview

Pivotal role responsible for providing exceptional training and assessment activities to ensure safety, productivity, and performance across our heavy vehicle and bus operational teams. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the skills and knowledge of our drivers, contributing significantly to Northfleet's success.

Core Duties

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing drivers
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate driver performance and compliance with safety standards
• Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe, professional, and engaging manner
• Document and maintain accurate records of training activities and assessment outcomes
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve training methodologies and programs

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in driver training or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to assess and provide feedback on driving performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Aptitude for developing and delivering effective training programs
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the transport industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
