We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dockworker (Hostler) to join our team at XPO in New Rome, Ohio. As a Dockworker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving cargo within the facility.

<h2-Core Duties

Load, unload, and move cargo using various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods to meet company standards
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends

<h2-Requirements

A minimum of 18 years old
A valid driver’s license is required
Ability to perform basic math calculations with or without a calculator
PASS a company-paid, post-offer, pre-hire physical (essential functions) test
Flexibility in working hours up to 12-14 hours per day
