About the Role

As Director of Visual Merchandising, you're the creative force behind every showroom moment. You'll design compelling brand environments that invite customers in and tell the story of Gabriella White—shaping first impressions, guiding the shopping experience, and ultimately influencing purchasing decisions through visual storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies that align brand vision with customer experience
• Design and oversee creation of showroom displays, window presentations, and seasonal installations
• Direct the visual merchandising team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all showroom spaces
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate visual strategies with broader business initiatives
• Evaluate merchandising effectiveness and refine approaches based on customer engagement and sales performance
• Stay informed on design trends and industry best practices to keep our brand environments fresh and compelling
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative field
• Proven track record leading creative teams and delivering brand-aligned visual solutions
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, spatial composition, and customer-centric merchandising
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into compelling in-store environments
• Strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution and attention to detail
• Leadership abilities with strong communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with design or merchandising software is a plus
