Director of Project Delivery

imi is hiring a Director of Project Delivery in Topeka, Shawnee County to lead the organization's project delivery operations and drive successful execution across our project portfolio.

About the Role

As Director of Project Delivery, you'll oversee all aspects of project operations—from planning and resource allocation through completion. You'll set delivery standards, mentor project teams, and ensure every initiative aligns with organizational goals. This full-time leadership position will directly influence how imi executes on its strategic commitments and serves its clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the project delivery organization, establishing processes, best practices, and performance metrics
• Manage overall project portfolio performance, resource planning, and capacity allocation
• Oversee site management and on-site operations for project execution
• Work directly with project managers and team leads to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Report to executive leadership on project delivery performance and strategic initiatives
