Position Summary
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven leader to serve as the Director of Program Services for our Residential Services division. This role will be based in Eau Claire, WI or West Allis, WI and involves leading the future direction of residential services within LSS.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential programs to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, management, and administrative personnel.
- Regular in-state travel is required to visit various programs and assess needs.
