About This Position
The Director of Nursing at Good Samaritan is a pivotal role within our not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to providing over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this full-time position oversees all nursing operations for the facility located in Windom, MN.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to long-term care facilities.
