What This Role Involves
This role involves leading the strategic development, creation, execution, and stewardship of performance media campaigns for Hyundai. The Director will focus on digital performance strategy, audience development, campaign execution, strategic measurement insights, and performance analysis. They will also ensure tactical investment is integrated into the overall planning process.
Core Duties
- Lead and contribute to the strategic development of Hyundai's performance media campaigns
- Create and execute effective audience and channel plans for performance marketing initiatives
- Provide strategic measurement insights and performance analysis to inform campaign optimization
- Partner with Brand Strategy, Investment, Social, Search, Programmatic, Analytics, Ad Ops, and partner agency teams to create integrated recommendations
- Ensure tactical investment is infused into the overall planning process
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance media strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success in driving results through data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social, search, programmatic, and analytics
- Experience working with large-scale media campaigns for automotive brands or similar industries
