About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional at Bristol Adult Resource Center (BARC), you will provide dedicated one-to-one support within a residential group home setting. The position follows a consistent weekday morning schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., totaling 12.5 hours per week. If you are caring, dependable, and motivated to make a daily difference, this role offers steady, purpose-driven work in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-to-one care to an adult individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with morning routines, daily living activities, and personal support needs.
• Promote each individual's independence, well-being, and inclusion in the community.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment during scheduled shifts.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the BARC support team.
