Position Summary
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism. As part of our values-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and well-being of our clients while contributing to a positive work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and parents
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report findings to supervisors
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children during therapy sessions
Who We're Looking For
- A compassionate individual with a passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patient and understanding demeanor to support diverse learning styles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (as therapy sessions may be off-site)
