What This Role Involves

The Dialership Program at Dialpad is an exciting opportunity for interns to contribute to our mission of transforming customer experiences through AI. As a member of the team, you will work closely with our AI and operations experts to enhance our dialing systems, ensuring they are efficient and effective in resolving customer issues.

Core Duties

• Assist in testing and optimizing Dialpad’s AI-driven dialing system for various use cases.
• Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our AI agents’ performance.
• Support the development of new features that enhance customer interactions through automation and human intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, or related field).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and experience working with data analysis tools like Pandas.
• A strong interest in AI and its applications in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
