Role Overview
Our client, a leading investment bank in Latin America, is seeking a Developer with expertise in Java and Quarkus to join their innovative technology team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge back-end services supporting global operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services using Java and Quarkus framework.
- Contribute actively to Agile software development processes.
- Leverage AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch for efficient service deployment.
- Maintain proficiency with MySQL database management.
- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS for containerization and orchestration of applications.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Java development (versions 8-11).
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with MySQL database management systems.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS for application deployment.
