The Opportunity

ISS is seeking part-time FIFO bus drivers to join our team in Bentley and the surrounding areas. As a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) driver, you will be responsible for transporting employees between their accommodation and work sites on a regular basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off employees at designated locations as per the schedule
• Maintain safe driving practices and ensure all passengers are secure during transit
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures for driver conduct and vehicle maintenance
• Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding any issues or concerns

What You Bring

• A valid commercial driving license (Class 1 or 2)
• Experience in FIFO operations is preferred but not essential
• A strong safety record, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• The ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
