What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh deli items and specialty orders following established recipes and food safety protocols
• Operate deli and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with product selection and accommodate special requests
• Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas compliant with health and safety standards
• Rotate inventory and stock shelves to ensure product freshness
• Provide support during peak business hours and assist in training new team members
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain consistent quality and service

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience. The actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage for the Ridgeville, Etowah County area. Additional compensation may include quarterly or annual performance bonuses, as well as schedule-based and facility-specific premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under certain circumstances.
