Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service superstars to join the Spark Event Group team for upcoming major events in Perth. This role involves working in fast-paced environments and providing exceptional service to guests.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to event attendees
- Assisting with ticket scanning, wrist banding, or front-of-house guest service tasks as required
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Handling inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Supporting the smooth operation of events through efficient communication and teamwork
