What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries from customers
• Explain State Farm products, policy details, and billing information
• Process policy updates, endorsements, and claims-related requests
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
• Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing documents for agent review
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Help promote agency initiatives and community outreach efforts
