Position Summary

At Repco we are seeking a Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant to join our team in Logan Central. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service experiences both in-store and over the phone, ensuring that each interaction creates a positive moment for our customers. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with sales in an after-market auto products retail environment.

Core Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of after-market auto products is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Computer literacy for basic software applications (e.g., point-of-sale systems)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred, as occasional travel may be required within the area
