About the Role

At Repco, we are seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Mona Vale, Pittwater. This role involves creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional service and sales support within an after-market auto products retail and trade environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance to Repco customers.
• Sell a wide range of after-market auto products, ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of product displays to enhance customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently in a retail setting.
• Occasionally perform deliveries or other ad hoc driving duties as required.

Requirements

• A current driver’s licence, with flexible availability on weekdays is preferred for occasional delivery tasks.
• Flexible working hours Monday to Friday are necessary due to the retail environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role would be advantageous but not mandatory.
