CUSTOMER SALES & SERVICE - REPCO MT ISA - FULL TIME

About the Role

At Repco, we are dedicated to ensuring that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online. As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) at our Parkside location in Mt Isa, your key focus will include:

• Providing exceptional service to customers both in-store and through various communication channels
• Assisting with the sale of after-market auto products across our retail and trade environments
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all customers

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve:

• Taking customer orders and providing accurate information about the products we offer
• Assisting with product demonstrations and installations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Handling returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A friendly and approachable demeanor to engage with customers effectively
• Basic knowledge of after-market auto products or a willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory
