About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Lead to join our dynamic team at Trade Me. As a key member of the customer experience division, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and satisfaction through strategic initiatives that enhance the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle programs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead the development of personalized communication strategies to foster stronger relationships with customers.
