Role Overview
At Applied Materials, we are seeking a Customer Engineer Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Customer Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the customer engineering efforts that support our semiconductor and display manufacturing customers. Your Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the customer engineering function.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Customer Engineer or related role, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
- Strong technical background in semiconductor manufacturing processes or display technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
