Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. At Chipotle, we believe that food served fast does not have to be typical fast-food fare. We are committed to doing things differently, both within and outside of our restaurants. Our mission extends beyond serving delicious meals; we are actively involved in changing the face of fast food, initiating conversations, and directly supporting efforts to transform farming and food systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh and nutritious dishes according to Chipotle's high standards for quality and taste
- Ensure all ingredients are used responsibly and efficiently to minimize waste
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Clean and organize the kitchen and restaurant area to maintain a clean and safe environment
