About This Position

Five Guys is seeking a dynamic and reliable Crew Member to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including working at the register, preparing food on the grill, assisting with morning prep, and helping during evening close.

Core Duties

• Handle customer orders at the register or assist in food preparation
• Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, fries, and other menu items
• Participate in morning and evening prep work as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
• Close down the restaurant at the end of the shift

Qualifications

No specific experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
