About This Position

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Counter Manager to join our team at LagardèreAWPL. As the electric force taking SPARK mobile network to new heights, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience across our retail outlets.

Core Duties

• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Handle cash transactions, manage receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members effectively.
