About the Role

As a Beauty Counter Manager for Clarins and Shiseido at Nordstrom in Century City, you'll own the sales and merchandising performance of your assigned luxury beauty brands while creating meaningful customer connections. What You'll Do

• Drive sales and exceed targets for Clarins and Shiseido brands through consultative, personalized customer engagement
• Educate customers about skincare routines, product benefits, and brand heritage to build confidence and loyalty
• Maintain counter displays, inventory, and merchandising standards to reflect brand excellence
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and customer service best practices
• Build relationships with regular customers and develop repeat business
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Collaborate with Nordstrom Beauty associates to enhance the overall department experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics sales
• Deep product knowledge of skincare, makeup, or fragrance—or strong willingness to learn
