• Implement the company’s established plan for lowering shrinkage rates throughout the store and building.
• Coordinate daily protective routines so they match broader store objectives and support a safe shopping setting.
• Coach team members on identifying vulnerabilities and responding promptly to incidents that threaten inventory or facilities.
• Partner with store leadership to weave asset-protection priorities into regular operations and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Background supervising asset-protection or loss-prevention teams in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and evaluate staff while managing related budgets.
• Working knowledge of shrink-reduction methods and how to put them into practice inside a store or building.
• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that allow effective collaboration with other managers.
• Capacity to balance strategic oversight with hands-on guidance of daily protective activities.
