COORDINATOR - INDIGENOUS YOUTH PROGRAM | IDENTIFIED POSITION

About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within the Indigenous community. You will lead and inspire a team, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to creating lasting positive change for our youth.

• Develop and implement programs that empower and support Indigenous youth
• Collaborate with local communities, schools, and other organizations to ensure program success
• Provide mentorship and guidance to young people, fostering their personal and professional growth
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with community members and partners to enhance program reach and impact

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate coordinator who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of Indigenous youth. Key requirements include:

• A proven track record in leadership roles, particularly within community or youth services
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in program development and implementation
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures, histories, and contemporary issues is essential
• A commitment to social justice and community empowerment
