Join GD Information Technology as a Continual Service Improvement & Innovation (CSI2) Subject Matter Expert in a full-time position based in the United States. We're seeking an experienced IT professional to drive operational excellence and service advancement across our infrastructure and operations landscape.
About the Role
As a CSI2 Subject Matter Expert, you'll lead transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery, optimize IT operations, and foster innovation across our infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in process refinement, technology advancement, and cross-functional collaboration to establish measurable gains in service quality and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Champion change leadership initiatives that drive organizational alignment and adoption of service improvements
- Design and maintain executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational performance and business metrics
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making
- Lead prioritization efforts for competing infrastructure and operations initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and service quality across IT operations
- Mentor teams and stakeholders on continual service improvement methodologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to translate operational insights into strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and operations or related disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in change leadership and driving organizational transformation
- Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level reporting systems and performance dashboards
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies and Key Performance Indicator management
- Excellent prioritization skills within complex, multifaceted technical environments
- Must possess or be able to obtain MBI (T2) public trust clearance
