Physical Therapist / PT – PRN

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in Shelby, Cleveland County, North Carolina. Join our team at Peak Resources in a PRN position that offers clinical flexibility while delivering meaningful patient care and functional outcomes.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist in our PRN capacity, you'll evaluate, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Working within our established care protocols, you'll combine clinical expertise with patient-centered approaches to help individuals return to function and improve quality of life. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to evidence-based rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and functional assessments to establish baseline status and treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient objectives
• Execute therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality application
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify protocols in response to patient progress and feedback
• Document all patient encounters, assessments, and treatment responses according to healthcare standards and regulations
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient management
• Provide patient and caregiver education on injury prevention, home exercise programming, and self-management strategies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Sound understanding of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation principles
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a PRN scheduling environment
• Dedication to maintaining current clinical knowledge and best practices
