About the Role

As a Senior Consulting Manager focused on organizational change management, you'll partner with enterprise clients to navigate business transformation. You'll design comprehensive change strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption of new business models, technologies, and organizational structures.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build support and drive change adoption across organizations
• Design change management roadmaps, communication plans, and training programs
• Manage change consulting teams to deliver high-impact transformation programs
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and barriers

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or management consulting

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite and executive audiences
