Residential Construction Superintendent

Bevyhouse LLC, a leading builder of premium custom prefabricated homes in Santa Barbara, is hiring a Full Time Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and drive quality across our factory-built home projects.

About the Role

This Residential Construction Superintendent position oversees the complete execution of residential construction projects from start to finish. You'll serve as the on-site leader responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and strict adherence to safety standards. This role bridges our factory engineering with field execution, making you central to how our prefabricated homes are assembled and completed.

What You'll Do

• Direct construction crews and subcontractors on residential job sites across Santa Barbara County
• Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to meet Bevyhouse standards
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and sequencing to keep homes moving forward on track
• Coordinate material delivery and inventory management at job sites
• Maintain strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and clients
• Track and manage budgets to control costs without compromising quality
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement factory-built solutions on site

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction or site supervision
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams effectively
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and construction best practices
• Production-oriented mindset with commitment to quality and efficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation required
