About the Role

Responsibilities include managing substation and transmission line electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion in the clean energy (wind and solar) markets.
- Ensure project compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in high-voltage electrical projects. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
