Construction Manager

What This Role Involves

As Construction Manager at MMR Group, you'll direct all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Your day-to-day work includes coordinating schedules, managing budgets, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety across job sites. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and your team—keeping projects moving forward on time and within scope.

What You'll Do

• Plan project timelines, sequencing, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
• Monitor and control project budgets, track spending, and manage cost forecasts
• Oversee daily construction activities and enforce quality control standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices on all sites
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Lead and motivate field teams to achieve performance goals
• Document project progress, maintain records, and prepare status reports

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing construction projects of similar scope and complexity
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites regularly
