Construction Inspector

Trilon Group is hiring a Construction Inspector to join our team in Phoenix, Maricopa County. In this full-time position, you'll ensure construction projects meet all regulatory standards and contractual requirements from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Construction Inspector for Trilon Group, you play a critical role in project quality and compliance. You'll conduct thorough inspections across all construction phases, verifying that work meets approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.

What You'll Do

• Perform detailed inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with project plans and specifications
• Document findings, observations, and measurements through written reports and photographic evidence
• Review contractor work quality and adherence to contract terms across all construction phases
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address discrepancies
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulatory requirements in Phoenix and surrounding areas
• Maintain detailed inspection logs and project documentation
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to the project team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or equivalent quality assurance role in construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites
• Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
