Community Manager – Vintage Wilson Farms

Vintage Wilson Farms in Fort Mill, York County is seeking a full-time Community Manager to lead resident relations and deliver exceptional service at one of Bell Partners' communities. You'll be the hub of our property, connecting residents with resources, fostering community engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As Community Manager, you'll serve as the primary contact for our residents while managing the operational and administrative functions that keep our community thriving. This on-site position combines relationship-building with problem-solving, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and genuine care for the residents you serve.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and community engagement
• Organize and facilitate community events and activities that foster a welcoming environment
• Coordinate with maintenance and property operations teams to address maintenance requests and lease compliance
• Manage lease administration, move-ins, move-outs, and rent collection activities
• Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and fairly
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, property policies, and applicable housing regulations
• Maintain accurate resident records and property documentation
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate resources
